The B.W. Implement Co. rotary corrugator was manufactured for the older original design. We changed a couple of different components to make it safer and stronger. Our corrugator uses the same gearing, gear box, and bearings as our mulchers. This allows us to speed up or slow it down from the original design. The corrugator takes dirt from the furrow or corrugate and lays it on the top of the bed to seal in potato’s or any other crop that is waiting to be harvested. We have also made these with a smaller rotor in the center of the bed to help the harvester have an easier job. Also, if you have an older rotary corrugator some of parts are inter changeable and we can manufacture whatever you might need.
